Here’s a slice of Dallas north of Interstate-635 and east of Highway 75, just below Richardson. Right at the corner of those intersecting freeways lies the sprawling headquarters of Texas Instruments, a global semiconductor design and manufacturing company. Close by is also Richland Community College.
For housing, expect a mix of lower-rent apartments alongside modestly priced homes built in the ’70s.
