Prosper
Prosper is next to some of the biggest growth areas in the Dallas Region, yet it retains its intimate feel. The crossroads of two major highways: Dallas North Tollway, which goes North/ South, and Highway 380, connecting the Suburban North cities from East to West, then supported by the connector of Preston Road makes for easy access to the rest of the city. Houses are going up on former farmland as fast as they can to fill the Frisco overflow. The new builds won’t come cheap, as the median home price is over $400k.
